Comparison PDF is a free online application that allows to compare PDF documents online. It is powerful and easy to use with an intuitive interface.
To compare PDF files online, select the source file and the file you want to compare with the source one. Then click the ‘Compare’ button. Your PDF documents will be sent to the server.
The server will sequentially read the lines in the original PDF document and compare them with the second one in PDF format. If the text in the second document differs, it will be highlighted in the original document. Please note that the application ‘Compare PDF’ is case-sensitive, i.e., 'Hello world' and 'Hello world' are the same lines, but ‘Hello world' and 'Hello World' are different lines and only the word 'world' in the original document will be highlighted. This is important because semantically these texts are the same, but in terms of identity, these texts are different.
This application allows to detect the changes that have been done in the document, without wasting time on a detailed comparison of the original text and the text of the changed document.
The application for comparing documents of PDF formats works online via any popular browser, on any popular operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, etc.). All files are processed on our servers, so you don’t need to download and install additional software. Your documents are stored in the secure storage for 24 hours, and then automatically deleted. To delete your documents immediately, click the ‘Delete’ button in the window for result downloading.
