Convert your Outlook PST file into searchable PDF documents, one PDF per email, while keeping the original folder hierarchy inside a single ZIP archive. Each PDF includes full email headers and the message body rendered with its original formatting, so text is selectable and searchable. Scope — the tool processes standard Unicode PST files and always delivers a ZIP of PDFs; it does not preserve Outlook‑specific flags such as categories or read/unread status.
The converter walks every folder inside the PST and creates a matching folder inside the output ZIP, so an email stored in “Inbox/Projects” appears in an “Inbox/Projects” directory in the download. This maintains the original organization, making it easy to locate messages after conversion.
Each PDF starts with a block that lists the original email headers – From, To, Cc, Subject, and Date – exactly as they appear in Outlook. The message body is rendered with its original formatting, including paragraphs, headings, lists, bold/italic styles, tables, and colours, and the resulting text is real, selectable, and searchable, preserving readability and context.
Images that are embedded in the email are placed directly into the PDF, preserving visual content. If the email references an image on the web, the converter attempts to download the image and bake it into the PDF; images that cannot be retrieved in time are simply omitted without stopping the conversion, ensuring the process remains smooth.
Western‑Latin characters are rendered with the server’s bundled fonts, while Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Arabic and other Unicode scripts are displayed using substitute fonts when the bundled set lacks a specific glyph. This approach provides readable output for most languages, though rare characters may appear with a fallback typeface.
The tool processes standard Unicode Outlook PST files and always produces a ZIP containing one PDF per email. Outlook‑specific flags such as categories, importance, or read/unread status are not included in the PDFs, focusing on content, headers, formatting, and folder hierarchy while leaving out metadata that does not translate to PDF.
