Complete message extraction

The OST → ODT converter scans the entire uploaded Outlook .ost archive, identifies every individual email item stored within, and generates a distinct OpenDocument Text file for each message. The converter transforms the email body into fully formatted, selectable text within the ODT file, retaining fonts, headings, lists, tables, and hyperlinks. This allows the resulting document to be edited, copied, or indexed just like any native OpenDocument file, while maintaining the visual styling and interactive links of the original message.

Batch packaging into a ZIP archive

When the source .ost contains multiple emails, the converter automatically groups all generated ODT files into a single ZIP archive for download. This single‑file package simplifies retrieval, sharing, and storage, delivering every converted document together while preserving the original one‑to‑one correspondence between source emails and output ODT files.
