MSG Editor is an online WYSIWYG HTML email editor application. It allows you to create MSG file, edit them, add and remove attachments, and more. The message body can be edited in our HTML editor. You can also edit the subject of the letter, its recipients, including carbon copy and blind carbon copy recipients. Our editor supports various file formats. What's more, you can upload a file for editing in one format and download it in another! You can also download the edited MSG file as an HTML document.
The MSG editor app allows you to insert images into emails, both linked and embedded images, which can be very convenient when uploading an image from a disk. You can change the image size by dragging the mouse. The editor allows you to use various text formatting techniques: numbered and bulleted lists, different text alignment, fonts, text, and background colors, underlining, italics, etc.
For the convenience of using the editor, we have hidden the CC and BCC fields, if they are not filled in, this saves screen space and does not distract unnecessarily. If you want to edit these fields, use the corresponding buttons to the right of the recipient entry field. The fields To, CC, BCC allow you to enter several recipients in each of them. To do this, enter email addresses, separating them with a comma or semicolon, additional spaces between addresses and commas are ignored.
If you want to add an attachment to the file, click on the "+Add Attachment" button. A file selection window will open. There are no restrictions on file format or size. But keep in mind that, as a rule, mail servers do not allow sending and receiving letters larger than 25 MB. If you want to share a large file, it's better to upload it to your cloud storage and share a link to it. Just remember to make sure that the file will be available for download at this link. But don't use this approach to transfer sensitive information!
All attached files are displayed as buttons at the top of the MSG editor, below the "+Add Attachment" button. If you need to delete any of the files, use the delete button to the right of the file name (it is marked with a cross). In case you hit the delete button by accident, we've added a delete confirmation box.
Despite the fact that the editor app contains many features already, we plan to significantly improve it in the near future.
