Turn a PST mailbox into individual XPS files, one fixed‑layout document per email, while keeping the original folder tree inside a single ZIP archive. Each XPS snapshot captures the full header and body, preserving HTML layout and embedded images exactly as they appeared in Outlook. Attachments are not rendered into the XPS pages; for those you would need a different export format.

Folder‑by‑folder conversion keeps your mailbox hierarchy

The tool opens the PST read‑only, walks every folder and subfolder, and creates one XPS file for each message. The resulting ZIP mirrors the original folder tree, so Inbox, Sent Items and any custom folders appear as separate directories with their messages inside, preserving the way you originally organized the mailbox.

Full message rendering – headers, body and formatting

Each XPS document starts with the standard header fields (From, To, Cc, Subject, Date) followed by the message body rendered exactly as it appeared in Outlook. HTML bodies keep paragraphs, headings, lists, bold/italic styling, colors, fonts and tables; plain‑text bodies are shown as clean, selectable text. Because XPS is paginated, long messages flow across multiple pages automatically.

Embedded images become part of the XPS page

Images that are embedded in the email (cid: references) are baked into the XPS at the location they appear, making each document self‑contained. External images are fetched during rendering under a short per‑image timeout, ensuring typical newsletters and marketing messages are captured without delaying the whole batch.

Visual snapshot – no attachments

The converter captures only the visible message content; binary attachments remain in the PST but are not drawn onto the XPS pages. This provides a faithful visual archive ideal for printing or long‑term storage. If you need the attachments themselves, other export targets such as PST‑to‑MSG or PST‑to‑EML should be used.
