How to Password Protect PowerPoint Online

  3. Type in the password you want to use for edit protection or view protection.
  4. If you want users to see a message stating that they are viewing the final copy of the presentation, tick the Mark as final textbox.
  5. Click PROTECT NOW.
    Your PowerPoint will be encrypted with the password you provided.
  6. Click DOWNLOAD NOW.
    Or you can type in an email address and click the message icon. The email address will receive a download link.
