The Email Editor is an online HTML email body editor. Open an existing file or start a new email, edit the body with a block editor (headings, lists, buttons, images by link, columns, dividers and more) and save the result. The body is rendered with a table-based layout and inline styles, the structure email clients display reliably, rather than generic web HTML.

Each editor works with one format: the EML and MSG editors also let you edit the sender, recipients, subject and attachments, while the HTML and MHTML editors work with the body only. Files you open or save are deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

Can I open a file in one format and save it in another?

No. Every editor saves the format it opens. To change the format of an email, use the Email Converter.

Can I insert images into the email body?

Yes, as links to images hosted on https:// addresses. Uploading image files into the body is not supported.

Is it safe to edit emails online?

Uploaded and saved files are kept in secure storage and deleted automatically after 24 hours; download links stop working at that time.
