Sender, Recipients and Subject

When an .eml file is loaded, the editor extracts From, To, Cc, Bcc and Subject into editable fields. Addresses can be entered as name@domain.tld or Display Name <name@domain.tld>, with multiple recipients separated by commas or semicolons. The editor validates each address on save, highlights any invalid entry, and focuses the cursor for correction. Only one From address is allowed, but it may be left blank. The Subject accepts up to 998 characters.

Body Composition with Email‑Client‑Compatible HTML

The block‑based editor lets you build the email body using text, headings, lists, buttons, columns, dividers, quotes, footers and an HTML code block. Each block is rendered into a table‑based layout with inline CSS, ensuring consistent display across desktop and mobile email clients. Plain‑text .eml files are converted to HTML paragraphs, preserving line breaks. The generated HTML is static, with no merge tags or templates.

Image Insertion via Secure Links

Images can be added only through HTTPS URLs. After inserting an image block and providing the link, the editor embeds the image as an external reference. Inline pictures, data‑URI images, and HTTP links from the original file are removed during opening and are not included in the saved .eml. After saving, the tool reports how many images were removed due to the HTTPS‑only rule.

Attachment Management

All regular attachments from the opened .eml are listed with their file names and sizes, and each can be removed with a click. Files without a name receive placeholders like attachment‑1. New files of any type can be added and also removed before saving. Attachments that remain are stored unchanged in the new .eml, preserving their binary content.

Limits and scope

File size: Handles files up to the tier‑specific limit (anonymous, free Aspose, Premium); larger messages require a higher tier.
Retention: Both the uploaded .eml and the generated download link are kept for 24 hours before automatic removal.
