RTF to ZIP

Package one or more RTF files into a ZIP archive, creating a single download bundle. The tool copies each uploaded RTF byte‑for‑byte, so every heading, font, colour, table, list and embedded object remains exactly as in the original file. Scope: pure packaging – the tool does not modify the RTF content.

The converter copies each uploaded RTF file into the ZIP archive without altering any bytes. Because the file is stored exactly as received, every heading, font style, colour, table layout, list structure, and any embedded object such as images or OLE items remains identical to the original document, guaranteeing a faithful, unchanged copy after extraction.

Multiple files bundled into a single download

When you submit several RTF files at once, the tool places each one in the same ZIP archive using its original filename. If two files share a name, the second receives a numeric suffix (e.g., _1) to prevent overwriting, so the entire collection is delivered as a single downloadable package while preserving each document’s identity and content.

Standard ZIP compatibility and compression

The resulting archive follows the widely supported ZIP format, meaning it can be opened with built‑in extractors on Windows, macOS, and Linux without additional software. The ZIP process also applies standard compression, which can reduce the overall transfer size of text‑heavy RTF files while keeping every document inside perfectly intact and ready for immediate use.
