Rich‑text formatting preserved
Each uploaded .rtf is placed directly into the body of a new RFC‑822 .eml message. Bold, italic, underline, headings, font choices and paragraph layout are copied verbatim, so the email draft looks exactly like the source document and remains fully editable in Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail or any .eml‑compatible client.
One email per source file
The tool creates an independent .eml draft for every .rtf submitted. A single upload yields one .eml; a batch produces matching .eml files packaged in a single .zip. Each draft contains only the document content—no sender, recipient, subject, or date—so you can address and send it immediately from your mail client.
Embedded images omitted by design
Images embedded in the original .rtf are not extracted or attached to the resulting .eml. This keeps the output lightweight and ensures accurate transfer of textual styling. For typical letters, memos or templates this provides a clean, text‑only draft; if you need pictures embedded, an HTML‑to‑EML conversion is more suitable.
Batch handling and download format
When several .rtf files are uploaded together, the service creates one .eml per file and groups all drafts into a single .zip archive. The zip contains each .eml named after its source, making it easy to locate and open the appropriate email draft directly from your file explorer.
