Convert an Outlook PST file into a ZIP archive where every message is rendered as a print‑ready TIFF image. The tool preserves the original folder hierarchy inside the ZIP and creates multi‑frame TIFFs for messages that span multiple pages, making the output easy to browse or print. Inline images are baked into each TIFF, while separate binary attachments are not rendered, so the converter focuses on visual snapshots of message bodies.

Folder hierarchy preserved in ZIP

The converter opens the PST read‑only and creates a matching directory for every Outlook folder inside the output ZIP. Folder names and nesting are kept exactly as in the mailbox, so an email from Inbox appears under an "Inbox" folder and custom folders like "ProjectX" retain their structure. This mirroring lets users browse the exported TIFFs using the familiar Outlook organization.

One TIFF image per message

Each email is rendered into a single fixed‑layout TIFF that captures a print‑ready snapshot of the message. Standard header fields (From, To, Cc, Subject, Date) are drawn at the top, followed by the body content. Whether the body is plain‑text or HTML, fonts, colors, lists, tables and other styling are reproduced, giving a self‑contained visual representation of the email.

Inline images baked into the render

Images embedded directly in the email body are fetched during conversion and rasterized into the TIFF at their original positions. This includes pictures inserted via HTML img tags or dragged into the message. The resulting image is fully self‑contained and does not rely on external resources, making it ideal for offline archival and viewing.

Multi‑page messages become multi‑frame TIFFs

When a rendered email exceeds one page, the converter produces a multi‑frame TIFF where each page is stored as a separate frame within the same file. The entire message stays together as one logical unit while preserving pagination, allowing viewers that support multi‑frame TIFFs to flip through pages just as they would in a printed document.

Attachments are not rendered

Binary attachments such as PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets or separate image files are excluded from the visual render because they are not part of the displayed email body. The converter focuses on the message text and any inline graphics, leaving attachment data untouched inside the original PST for extraction with Outlook or other PST tools.

Limits and scope

File size

Upload limit varies by account tier; free tier accepts smaller PST files, paid tiers support larger uploads as listed on the pricing page.

Job scope

One PST file is processed per conversion job, producing a single ZIP archive of TIFF images.

Retention

Uploaded PST files and the resulting ZIP archive are deleted from the server 24 hours after the conversion completes.
