Convert a PST file to HTML, creating one .html page for each email while preserving the original folder hierarchy inside a ZIP archive. Each page includes full headers, original formatting, clickable links and embedded images. Scope — outputs a ZIP that mirrors the PST structure.

Full‑Message HTML Output

Each email in the PST becomes a separate .html file. The file starts with the original headers—From, To, Cc, Subject, Date—followed by the body rendered as HTML. Paragraphs, headings, lists, tables, text styling and Unicode characters are reproduced so the visual appearance matches the original message.

Clickable Links and Embedded Media

Hyperlinks in the original email stay active in the generated HTML, allowing direct navigation. Images embedded in the message are extracted and saved alongside the HTML so the page displays exactly as sent; externally hosted images remain linked to their original URLs.

Folder Structure Mirrored in ZIP

The converter walks the complete folder hierarchy inside the PST and reproduces it inside a single ZIP archive. For every Outlook folder—Inbox, Sent Items, custom subfolders—a matching directory is created, and each email’s HTML file is placed in the corresponding directory, preserving the original organization.

Unicode Support and Scope

All Unicode text in the PST is retained, so scripts such as Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese and others appear correctly. The tool processes standard Outlook PST files, handling typical email contents including rich‑text and HTML bodies, while focusing on message content rather than Outlook‑specific flags or metadata.
