One Word Document per Email

The converter generates a separate .docx file for every individual Outlook message contained in the uploaded PST. Each document is placed into a ZIP archive that mirrors the original folder structure, so the hierarchy of mail folders you used in Outlook is preserved exactly in the resulting set of Word files.

Headers Rendered as a Metadata Block

At the top of each Word document a clear metadata block lists the key email header fields – From, To, Cc, Subject and Date – in a concise table format. This makes the essential routing information instantly visible without needing to open the original PST, while keeping the headers separate from the editable body content.

Editable Body Formatting

All rich‑text elements from the email body are faithfully reproduced as fully editable Word content. Paragraphs, headings, bulleted or numbered lists, bold and italic styling, tables, colour highlights and other formatting survive the conversion, allowing you to modify the text directly in Microsoft Word or any compatible editor.

Inline Images and Clickable Links

Embedded images are inserted into the Word document at their original positions, preserving the visual layout of the email. When the message contains URLs to external images, the converter attempts to download and embed those files as well, and all hyperlinks remain active and clickable in the final .docx.

Unicode Text Support

The tool maintains full Unicode support, so characters from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Arabic and other non‑Latin scripts appear correctly in the output documents. If a particular glyph is not covered by the server’s bundled fonts, a suitable substitute font is used to ensure the text remains readable.
