This tool converts Outlook .msg email files into paginated PDF documents. It keeps all standard email headers, embeds any inline images, and produces searchable, selectable text so you can copy or find content easily. Only inline images are embedded; external image URLs are fetched at conversion time and can slow the process.
The converter extracts the standard Outlook headers—From, To, Cc, Subject, and Date—from the .msg file and places them in a formatted block at the top of the first PDF page. The original order and exact values are preserved; Bcc information, which is not stored in the .msg body, is omitted.
If the .msg contains an HTML body, the converter reproduces paragraphs, headings, bulleted and numbered lists, bold/italic/underline styling, font colours, tables and inline CSS, and automatically paginates long messages across pages. When only a plain‑text body is present, the text is rendered as a simple block. In all cases the PDF contains real, searchable, selectable text rather than an image.
Images stored directly inside the .msg file are embedded in the PDF at the locations where they appear in the email body. When the message references an image via an HTTP or HTTPS URL, the converter fetches the image during conversion and embeds it similarly. Fetching external images can add a small delay if the source server is slow, but the final PDF always contains the visual element.
Web links and mailto: addresses in the email body remain clickable in the PDF, preserving both the visible anchor text and its target URL. The PDF embeds subsets of the fonts used in the original message, ensuring visual fidelity on any device. For scripts without a matching font in the server’s library—such as CJK, Hebrew, or Arabic—substitute glyphs are used, which may appear as generic placeholders if no appropriate font is available.

Yes. The converter extracts the standard Outlook headers—From, To, Cc, Subject and Date—from the .msg file and places them in a formatted block at the top of the first PDF page, preserving their original order and values.
Images stored inside the .msg are baked into the PDF at their original positions. If the email references an image via an HTTP/HTTPS URL, the service fetches that image during conversion and embeds it as well, so the final PDF contains the visual element without external links.
Web URLs and mailto: addresses that appear in the email body are retained as active hyperlinks in the PDF; clicking them opens the corresponding website or email composer while preserving the displayed anchor text.
The maximum size and number of files you can convert in one submission depend on your account tier: anonymous users have a lower cap, a free Aspose account raises the limit, and higher‑tier accounts allow larger uploads.
The download link remains active for 24 hours after the conversion finishes; after that the link expires.
