Convert Outlook .msg files into searchable PDF documents that keep the full email header block on the first page. The PDF retains all inline images and the formatted message body, so you can view, copy, and search the content without extra steps. Only the message body, headers, and inline images are included; attachments, voting buttons, and meeting requests are not rendered in the PDF.
The converter places the From, To, Cc, Subject and Date fields in a header block at the top of page 1 of the PDF. All of these header values are taken directly from the .msg file, so the PDF shows the same addressing information as the original Outlook message.
When the .msg contains an HTML body, paragraphs, headings, bulleted and numbered lists, bold/italic/underline styling, font colours, tables and other inline styles are reproduced in the PDF. The content paginates automatically, preserving the original layout across multiple pages. If the .msg provides only a plain‑text body, the converter renders that text as a simple block without additional formatting.
Images that are embedded in the .msg file appear in the same location within the PDF pages where they were displayed in Outlook. The images become part of the PDF file itself, eliminating external references.
The PDF contains real text, not a scanned image, so you can select, copy and search the message content. Web URLs and mailto: links that were present in the email body remain active hyperlinks in the PDF, preserving both the visible text and the target address.
Glyphs used in the message are embedded as subsets of the fonts in the resulting PDF, ensuring consistent appearance on any viewer. The server’s font set covers most Western Latin scripts; for CJK, Hebrew or Arabic characters the converter substitutes the closest available font, which may render as replacement glyphs if no match exists.
