Convert an Outlook OST file into individual searchable PDFs, one PDF per email with a header metadata block and any embedded images. The tool keeps the original formatting, makes text selectable and searchable, and packages all PDFs in a ZIP that mirrors the OST’s folder hierarchy. Scope: works with standard Unicode OST files; very old non‑Unicode OSTs are not supported.
For each message in the OST the converter creates a separate PDF. At the top of the PDF a formatted metadata block lists the standard headers — From, To, Cc, Subject and Date — exactly as they appear in Outlook, preserving order and values for easy reference.
The email body is rendered faithfully, keeping paragraphs, headings, lists, tables, colours and original font styling. All text becomes real, selectable and searchable characters. Embedded images are placed into the PDF, and reachable external images are downloaded and baked in; unavailable images are skipped without stopping the conversion.
Western‑Latin messages use the tool’s bundled fonts; Unicode scripts such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew or Arabic are rendered with available substitute fonts, keeping the PDFs readable. The converter works with standard Unicode Outlook OST files, which cover the vast majority of current Outlook installations.
