Convert an Outlook .msg file into a scalable vector graphic (SVG) that reproduces the email’s layout, text and inline images as crisp, resolution‑independent shapes. The tool renders the visible header block and body exactly as Outlook displays them, so you get a faithful, zoom‑able picture of the message. Full‑layout rendering of headers and body

The converter reads the Outlook .msg file as a MAPI message and reproduces the exact visual layout that Outlook shows, including the Subject line, From/To/Cc fields and the sent date at the top, followed by the email body.

If the message contains an HTML body, all formatting elements—paragraphs, headings, lists, bold/italic emphasis, font choices, colours and tables—are drawn as vector shapes and text so the SVG mirrors the original appearance; plain‑text bodies are rendered as clean, flowed text.

Inline images embedded in the vector output

Images that are embedded directly in the message body are placed in the SVG at the same position and size they occupy in Outlook, creating a self‑contained preview that does not require the original .msg to display.

Remote images referenced by URLs are fetched during rendering, so typical newsletter or signature pictures appear in the output; for messages that rely on many external images hosted on slow servers, pre‑caching those images in Outlook before conversion yields the most faithful result.

Resolution‑independent sharpness

Because the output is a scalable vector graphic, every text edge and shape remains razor‑sharp at any zoom level, making the file ideal for embedding in web pages, slides or design documents where scaling up or down is required.

The SVG provides a visual snapshot rather than an editable document, so it is suited for situations where a faithful, scalable picture of the email is needed.

Attachments and Outlook‑specific extras are excluded

Only the visible header block and body content are drawn; file attachments such as PDFs, Office documents or standalone images remain in the original .msg envelope and are not included in the SVG.

Outlook‑only interactive features like voting buttons, follow‑up flags or meeting‑request controls are not reproduced, ensuring the SVG contains exactly what a reader sees in the message body.

Batch processing and output packaging

A single .msg file yields one SVG; when several .msg files are uploaded together the converter creates an individual SVG for each and packages them into a single ZIP archive for convenient download.
