The converter takes a standard Outlook .msg file and renders the entire message—including the header block, body text, and any inline graphics—as a single, high‑resolution JPG image. All visual elements, such as fonts, colors, spacing, and alignment, are reproduced exactly as they appear in a typical email client, so the resulting picture looks identical to the original email view.

Because the output is a true JPG bitmap rather than a screenshot of a window, the image is fully decodable by any image viewer and can be embedded, shared, or printed without additional processing. The visual fidelity remains consistent for messages that are not encrypted or password‑protected, ensuring that the recipient sees the same layout and styling the sender intended.

Headers and inline graphics embedded

Message metadata—including From, To, Subject, and Date lines—is rendered into the image alongside the email body, giving the viewer immediate context without needing separate text extraction. These header lines become part of the bitmap, preserving their original positioning and typographic style exactly as they appear in Outlook.

Any images that were embedded directly in the original .msg body are drawn into the JPG at their original size and location. Size, batch and retention
