Convert EML to PNG lets you turn one or more .eml email files into lossless PNG images, one image for each rendered page. The generated PNGs preserve the email’s layout, headers and inline graphics exactly as they appear in the original message. Note: external images must load within 2 seconds each and a total of 10 seconds per email; images that exceed this are omitted.
Each email page is rasterised into a separate lossless PNG file, preserving the original layout, fonts, colors, tables and other HTML styling exactly as they appear in the source message. When an email spans multiple pages the PNG files are returned in order, ensuring the visual flow matches the original email.
The From, To, Cc, Subject and Date fields are drawn at the top of the first PNG page, matching the way typical email clients display them. The Bcc field is omitted, reflecting its hidden nature in the original message.
Images that are embedded in the email are rasterised at their original positions within the PNG. For images referenced by an external URL, the converter attempts to fetch each image for up to 2 seconds, with a total budget of 10 seconds per email; images that do not load within this window are omitted from the final image.
The conversion uses the server’s bundled font set, which covers most Western Latin scripts. When the email contains CJK, Hebrew, Arabic or other scripts, the renderer falls back to substitute fonts; if no suitable font is found, the characters appear as placeholder boxes in the PNG.

External images are fetched while rendering, each with a 2‑second timeout and a total budget of 10 seconds per email; images that do not load in that window are omitted from the PNG.
Hyperlink text is rendered as part of the image, but the PNG is a flat picture, so the links are not clickable.
