Convert .eml email files into Enhanced Metafile (.emf) vector graphics. The converter renders all headers and the email body as vector text that stays crisp at any zoom level, while inline images are embedded as their original‑resolution bitmaps. — only the email body and inline images are included; Bcc fields and other attachments are omitted —

Headers rendered as crisp vector text

The converter reads the standard header fields—From, To, Cc, Subject, and Date—from each .eml file and draws them at the top of the EMF canvas using vector‑based text objects. Because the text is stored as vectors, it stays sharp at any zoom level, making the header easy to read when the image is placed in Word, PowerPoint or similar documents.

Bcc entries are not drawn, as they are not part of the visible email content. This keeps the output clean while still providing a faithful visual snapshot of the addressing information that the sender intended to share.

Email body converted to scalable vector characters

All plain‑text and HTML body content is rendered line‑by‑line as vector characters beneath the header block. Whitespace, line breaks and indentation are preserved, so the layout matches the original email view while each character scales without pixelation.

The rendering engine applies the server’s bundled font collection. If the original font is unavailable, a similar typeface from the same family is used, ensuring the body remains legible and visually consistent.

Inline images embedded at original resolution

Images included directly in the email as CID attachments are rasterized into the EMF file at their native pixel dimensions. This preserves logos, charts or screenshots exactly as they were sent, even when the graphic is enlarged.

External images referenced by URLs are fetched during conversion and, if they load within the tool’s timeout, are baked into the EMF at their source resolution. Images that cannot be retrieved are omitted, keeping the conversion quick while delivering the visual content that is available.

Fonts and non‑Latin script handling

The converter uses a pre‑installed set of Western Latin fonts, covering most English‑language emails. When a specific font is missing, a comparable fallback from the same family is chosen to maintain the layout.

For messages that contain Cyrillic, Greek, CJK, Hebrew, Arabic or other scripts, Unicode‑compatible fallback fonts are used. The visual style may change, but the characters are displayed correctly, providing a usable representation in the EMF output.

FAQ

Are hyperlinks clickable in the EMF output?

No, the EMF file contains only flat vector graphics, so link targets are not interactive.

What happens to email attachments such as PDFs or ZIP files?

Attachments are not included; only the email body and any inline images are rendered in the EMF.

How are inline images treated in the EMF file?

Inline images are embedded as bitmap bitmaps at their original pixel dimensions and do not scale beyond that resolution.

What are the file‑size and batch limits for this converter?

You can upload up to 10 .eml files in a single submission; individual file‑size limits depend on your account tier, with anonymous users having a lower cap and signed‑in accounts receiving higher limits.

How long are the converted files available for download?

Download links remain active for 24 hours after the conversion finishes, after which they expire.
