How to use the Online Ruler:

Make sure the application correctly detected the size of your device’s screen. If the measurement is incorrect - specify your screen size in inches manually. Click the “save changes” button.2
The Online Ruler creates a virtual instrument in two different units of measurement. The upper half is the centimeter/millimeter ruler, the lower half is an inch ruler. You can use both units at the same time by default or choose the system of measurement by clicking the relevant button.3
Use the display of your device like a ruler anywhere.
